Linnéa Petersson is with Quantafuel Sweden AB. She joined Quantafuel in 2021 and primarily works with the characterisation of feedstock, small-scale testing of new feed, and support to business development regarding product quality questions. Petersson holds an MSc in chemical engineering from LTH, Lund University. Niklas Jakobsson has advanced through several positions from R&D program manager through business development and busi- ness segment management at Haldor Topsoe A/S to become part- ner and co-founder of ChemAcc AB, Kagerod, Sweden. He is the author of several scientific papers within catalysis and absorption technology. He has been granted numerous patents within the fields of catalysis and process technology. Jakobsson holds a doc - torate in chemical engineering from Lund University. Guillaume Vincent is Regional Technology Manager, Refining Catalysts Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific, BASF France S.A.S., Paris, France. He joined BASF in Jan 2023 with 15 years experience in refining industries, including purification adsorbents, and hydroprocessing catalysts. He started with Porocel (Evonik group) and developed through several key positions as Lab Manager, Technical Service Manager, and Business Segment Manager. Vincent holds a PhD in chemical engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques (ENSIC), France. Email: Guillaume.vincent@basf.com Melissa Clough Mastry is the Global Director of Technology and Technical Services for the BASF refining catalysts group. She pre - viously held roles as EMEA technology manager and N. and S. Americas technology manager, serving FCC customers around the world. Melissa joined BASF in 2012 and prior to joining the refining catalysts team, she worked in procurement and R&D. Mastry has a BSc from the University of Florida, a PhD from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Lucas Dorazio is Renewables Program Manager, BASF Corporation, Iselin, New Jersey, USA. He started working for BASF in 2000 and has since worked in a variety of engineering and R&D roles. In 2008, he transitioned into BASF’s catalyst research centre in Iselin NJ where he has worked in several areas of heterogenous catalysis. Currently, he leads a team of scientists developing fluid catalytic cracking catalysts to support the refining industry and is actively involved in the topic of upgrading renewable and recycled feedstocks. In addition to his work in industrial research, since 2012 he has also been an adjunct professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology where he teaches courses in the field of catalysis. Dorazio has authored many journal articles, including co-authoring a textbook on the topic of industrial catalysis, and been granted several patents in the field of catalysis. Dorazio studied chemical engineering and received his doctorate from Columbia University in New York City where his research was in the field of heterogeneous catalysis working in the group of Marco Castaldi. Bilge Yilmaz is Global Business Director, Hydrogenation and Specialty Catalysts. BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, Germany. He holds PhD and MS degrees in chemical engineering from Northeastern University where he worked at the Center for Advanced Microgravity Materials Processing (Northeastern University) and Center for Nanoscale Systems (Harvard University) focusing on quantum size effects in titanosilicates. Yilmaz also holds an MBA from Columbia University.
